Dana Azimi graduated from Robert Reynolds Chef Studio in March 2010 with a culinary certificate focusing on the methods and techniques of the regional cooking of France and Italy. Dana moved on to create and sell an artisan line of granola, L’avena, which was featured at the Libertine Cafe in Portland. Dana now teaches cooking classes, gives cooking demonstrations and represents bon COOK, a French line of innovative cookware and bakeware originally created for professional chefs in Europe and redesigned for the home cook. Dana’s passion is teaching others to cook quick, healthy, delicious meals at home and gathering together in the kitchen and around the table to share the bon Life!
